Returns & Warranty Policy At Berdtech

We take pride in the quality of our products and inspect all items before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged (for example damaged threads, damaged washers, or a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To lodge a claim, please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the problem. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will organize a replacement sent to you.

Change of Mind 

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or items that have been installed, used, or modified.

Warrants

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, over-tightening, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
