 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

 • Australia Standard: 2–7 business days

 •Australia Express: Same state 1-2 Days (VIC) - Interstate: 1-3+ business days

 • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

 Please note these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping provider first using your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
